5.2. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or other special needs at the time of booking.
5.3. Anmoon Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Responsibility and Liability
6.1. Anmoon Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport companies).
6.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party suppliers.
6.3. Clients agree to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during their travels.
7. Complaints
7.1. If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour guide or contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
7.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing within [number] days of the end of the tour.
8. Governing Law
