Booking terms & cancellation.
How booking, payment, changes and cancellations work for every private trip we plan.

Anmoon Travel is a travel agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. These terms apply to every private trip we plan and operate. Your trip proposal lists exactly what is included in your trip; these terms cover how booking, payment, changes and cancellations work. Questions? Email [email protected] or call (619) 714-8207.
1. Booking and payment
- Your trip is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of the total trip price.
- Payments are made by secure online payment link through WeTravel, a US-based travel payment platform. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
- The remaining balance is due 40 days before your trip begins. If you book within 40 days of departure, the full amount is due at booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, because we use it to secure your hotels, camps, guides and drivers.
2. What's included
Your written proposal is the complete list of what your trip includes: hotels, transport, guides, meals and activities. Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, visas, drinks, meals not listed, personal expenses, or tips for guides and drivers.
3. Changes to your trip
- We deliver your trip as designed. Occasionally a small change is needed, such as a different room category or an adjusted time. Minor changes do not qualify for a refund.
- If we cannot deliver a significant part of your trip, we will offer you either a full refund or an alternative trip of equal or greater value.
- If you want to change your trip after booking, tell us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate you; any extra costs charged by hotels or suppliers will be passed on.
4. If you cancel
All cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email. The following charges apply, counted from your first day of travel:
- More than 45 days before departure: you lose the deposit only.
- 45 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price is refunded.
- Fewer than 30 days before departure: no refund.
- Peak periods: for trips over Easter, the Toussaint holiday (late October to early November), and Christmas and New Year, cancellation at any time means the loss of all amounts paid. Hotels and camps require full non-refundable payment for these dates.
5. If we cancel
We may need to cancel or significantly change a trip because of events outside our control or our suppliers' control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, flooding, earthquakes, fire, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or a government advisory against non-essential travel to Morocco. In these cases no refund is issued, which is why travel insurance with trip cancellation cover is required (see section 6).
6. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for every traveler. Your policy must cover the full length of your trip and all planned activities, including medical care, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation. Please send us your policy details before you travel.
7. Passports and entry
US, Canadian and UK passport holders do not need a visa for stays in Morocco of up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date. Travelers are responsible for their own passports and entry documents.
8. During your trip
Our team in Marrakech is reachable throughout your trip by phone or WhatsApp at +212 672 740 043. If anything is not right, tell us right away so we can fix it while you are still traveling. We cannot address problems that are first reported after the trip ends.
